Terms of use
Wired Tunes Payments is an internal operational application for approved work accounts. Use it only for authorised company payment requests and related review.
Preparing and reviewing requests
Check the amount, currency, beneficiary account and source documents before submitting or approving a request. Automatically suggested information must be reviewed. Keep questions and corrections with the request so that reviewers can see the relevant context.
Approval and banking
Submitting a request asks for approval. Approving a request does not send money. An authorised payer separately starts the import of approved requests into Erste Koszyk. A bank draft awaiting signature is not a completed payment. Bank signing, authorisation and payment execution remain subject to the applicable human and banking controls.
Test environments
A historical replay environment is clearly marked and uses isolated test records. Simulated statuses do not establish that a real bank payment was created or executed.
Access and confidentiality
Use your own approved work identity. Do not share access or upload documents unrelated to the request. Request records, documents and activity history are retained for operational, accounting and audit purposes under company rules.
