Wired Tunes Payments helps authorised staff prepare payment requests, review them and follow their banking status.
Work-account identity
Google sign-in is used to verify your work-account identity and match it to an approved app account. The app uses identity information such as your email address and account name. It does not request Gmail or Google Drive access grants through this sign-in.
Payment information
The app processes details you provide for a payment request, including source documents, invoices, beneficiary details, amounts, comments and attachments. Treat these as confidential business information. Access is limited by app roles: employees can see their own requests, while authorised payers can review the requests available to them.
Operational records
Changes, approvals, denials and banking status checks are recorded to support audit and reconciliation. Request documents and operational records are retained under Wired Tunes accounting and operational retention rules. Browser sessions use a secure app session cookie. A new sign-in to the working application keeps the session for up to 30 days; signing out or disabling the app account ends access earlier. Payment request records are stored on the server.
